Pizza Pronto Gas

Tefal

Outdoor LPG sibling of Pizza Pronto. JM412010 (FR/BE, no DACH) and JM4130 / JM413015 (DACH 50 mbar) are the same oven with different gas kits — one row. Manual: 4 kW burner, 291 g/h, injector 0.90 mm, butane or propane. No powerWatts. Rotating cordierite plus a front stone, knob-turned not motorised. Official 400 C in 15 min and 90-second pies. COMPUTER BILD: real bakes ~3.5 min, wind can blow the flame out, assembly is fiddly. umihito: soak ~20 min so the stone actually holds 400 C. FR box often omits regulator and hose; DACH kits include them.

How this oven bakes

  1. Soak 20 min on full so the stone holds 400 C. Fifteen minutes is the brochure.

  2. Turn the stone with the knob. This is not the electric's motor.

  3. Match the SKU to the gas category. JM4130 is 50 mbar DACH. JM412010 is not.

  4. Shelter the mouth. One gust and you are relighting.

Specifications

Temperature range
250°C – 400°C
Inner diameter
30 cm
Weight
13.7 kg

Pros

  • 4 kW U-style flame on a rotating 30 cm cordierite. No patio socket required.
  • COMPUTER BILD still got a crisp base and a risen rim. The 90-second lie does not make the pies bad.
  • Folding legs and a peel in the typical kit. It leaves the shed.
  • JM412 and JM413 are homologation kits, not two ovens. Search either SKU onto this row.

Cons

  • 90-second marketing is false. Lab pies land around 3.5 min. Soak closer to 20 min than 15.
  • Wind through the mouth blows the flame out. Outdoor only. Not a kitchen countertop.
  • FR/BE JM412010: regulator and hose not in the box, and it is not legal kit for DE/AT/CH. Do not order the French SKU into a 50 mbar country.
