Connect Pandough to ChatGPT or ClaudeBETA

Connect Pandough once and your assistant stops guessing. Instead of inventing yeast amounts and proofing times, it pulls exact numbers straight from Pandough's flour-first engine — the right yeast for your room temperature, a hydration matched to your flour, and a full bulk-and-cold proofing schedule timed to when you actually want to bake. You ask in plain language; it hands back numbers you can trust.

Add the connector on the web app or desktop app — the Claude and ChatGPT mobile apps don't support custom connectors yet. Once it's set up there, you can chat on your phone as usual.

Connect Claude

Works on every Claude plan, including the free tier.

Open Claude (claude.ai or the desktop app) and go to Settings → Customize → Connectors.
Click Add custom connector.
Paste the address above and click Add.
Start a new chat and ask Claude to plan a bake — it will reach for Pandough automatically.

Connect ChatGPT

Needs a paid plan (Plus, Pro, Business, or Enterprise) and a quick one-time switch.

Go to Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced settings and turn on Developer mode.
Back in Apps & Connectors, click Create custom connector.
Give it a name (for example Pandough), paste the address above, and create it.
In a new chat, open the + menu, choose More, pick Pandough, then ask it to plan your dough.

Tell your AI to use Pandough

Once it's connected, paste this at the start of a chat to set the tone:

You are my baking assistant. Whenever I plan a dough, use the Pandough tools to get the exact yeast, hydration, and a full proofing schedule instead of estimating yourself. Start by asking what I'm baking, for how many, my flour, and my schedule.
