The KYS Vero 500 Pro is a countertop electric pizza oven with separate controls for its upper and lower heating elements. The 220–240 V version is rated at 2,300 W and has a published setting range of 50 to 500°C. A 35 × 40 cm biscotto stone, stone-temperature display and short upper-element boost are included.
- Independent upper and lower heat controls let you adjust the balance during a bake.
- The included 35 × 40 cm biscotto stone is suited to high-temperature pizza.
- The display reads the stone temperature; the upper-element boost can run for up to 60 seconds.
- At 24 kg, it needs a sturdy counter and is awkward to move.
- The maker quotes about 27–30 minutes to heat up on 220–240 V; the 110 V version takes longer.
