Specifications
Pros
- Indoor certified with a 4-pane glass door. This one is legal on a kitchen counter, which the outdoor Alfas are not.
- Separate top and bottom elements. 2100 W / 900 W. You can run the deck hotter than the roof, which most 120 V countertop ovens cannot.
- 40x40 cm HeatKeeper plate, not a thin cordierite disc. One 12-inch pie with room to turn.
- 45 kg. Heavy for a countertop, light for an Alfa. It can move to a terrace.
Cons
- 400 C ceiling. The outdoor line is 500 C. Maker bake time is 2 min, not 60-90 s Neapolitan.
- 220-240 V / 3 kW. The EU SKU will not run on a 120 V US outlet. Dedicated circuit, not a power strip.
- Compare table: 40-60 min heat-up. Not a weeknight impulse oven.
- Launched ~2024. Almost no independent long-term tests. KitchenLab around €2380.
