Teplota vody. Pandough používá typický faktor tření pro tento typ, 12. K dosažení těsta o teplotě 24°C v kuchyni s teplotou 22°C vyžaduje kalkulačka vodu o teplotě 16°C, oproti 25°C při ručním hnětení.
Kontrola velikosti dávky. Při hydrataci 60 % kalkulačka označí dávky nad 2 kg. Pro bigu s hydratací 50 % klesá limit na 1.4 kg.
Rozsah hydratace. Výrobce uvádí minimum 60 %, takže kalkulačka označí sušší těsta.
