Pizzeria Gourmet 934
Ariete
High-chamber sibling of the 909 family, not a colourway. 1500 W, official 400 C, 8.2 cm cooking height, removable 31 cm stone, two knobs with five steps each for top and bottom. 7.5 kg. Built for puffy contemporary pies and calzoni that will not fit a 909 lid. Marketing is 3-minute Neapolitan. One German owner IR'd the stone at about 280 C after 30 min on max. Others bake in 2–3 min in two stages and still rotate 180 degrees. Treat 400 C as the dial, not a measured floor.

How this oven bakes
Rotate 180 degrees halfway. The high chamber does not cancel a side-hot stone.
Two-stage bake: dough first, toppings second, if the top colours before the base sets.
Launch smaller than the hero shot. The 31 cm stone is the metal-rim exclusion, not a 32 cm pie.
Pull the stone only when the oven is off and cold. The clips are not a live-swap.

Pros
- 8.2 cm chamber. Calzoni and a real cornicione fit. That is the whole point versus 909/917/918.
- True independent top and bottom knobs (five steps each). The 3901 Da Gennaro cannot do dual setpoints.
- Removable 31 cm stone on side clips. Cold-clean without scraping the whole box.
- 7.5 kg. Still a put-away appliance, unlike the 9.5 kg Da Gennaro.
Cons
- 400 C on the box is not a measured stone. One owner saw ~280 C after 30 min on max. Confidence on heat is low.
- Thin stone and a hot-spot. Owners rotate 180 degrees. Clips snag the peel.
- 1500 W. Recovery and ceiling trail Da Gennaro and the G3 2-minute boxes.
