    Fry the steak before baking, set aside, and slice into thin strips. Sauté the mushrooms. Use ready-made pasteurized béarnaise sauce.

    After preparing, let the steak rest for a moment and slice against the grain. Sauté the mushrooms in a wide pan until the liquid evaporates. Add béarnaise sauce to the finished pizza.

    Spread 80 g tomato sauce on the dough from a 250 g ball, leaving the rim free.

    Arrange the measured toppings on the dough before baking: mozzarella, steak, mushrooms, red onion.

    Bake according to your dough and oven settings until the base and rim are baked and the cheese melts.
