Ham, hearts of palm, egg, onion, mozzarella, and black olives. Inspired by Portuguesa from the 1900 Pizzeria menu in São Paulo. The name 1900 refers to the former workshop in a building from around 1920, where the first pizzeria was established.

Hard-boil the egg and slice it. Drain the hearts of palm and olives; slice the onion thinly.

Stretch a 250 g portion of dough. Leave the base without a separate sauce.

Before baking, arrange the prepared toppings: Cooked ham 35 g, Hearts of palm 30 g, Hard-boiled egg 35 g, Onion 20 g, Mozzarella 65 g, Black olives 12 g.

Bake at a temperature and time appropriate for the dough and oven, until the base and rim are baked.
