Mochi, potatoes with spicy mentaiko roe, corn, and onion on a mayonnaise base. Add nori after baking. Inspired by Mochi Mentaiko Pizza from Japanese PIZZA-LA. Its description indicates mentaiko from Hakata, and nori supplied separately is added at the end to preserve the aroma.

Cook and cool the potatoes. Heat the mentaiko roe to 63°C beforehand, then mix with the potatoes and finely chopped onion. Slice the mochi thinly so it softens during baking. Drain the corn.

Spread 20 g mayonnaise, leaving the rim free.

Arrange potatoes, mentaiko roe, onion, mochi, and corn in the specified amounts.

Bake until the base and rim are cooked. Adjust temperature and time to the dough and oven.
