Sweet chili sauce, jerk chicken, pineapple salsa, mozzarella, and smoked Gouda, finished with scallions. Inspired by Fire Breathing Dragon from Pizza Lucé's menu, Seward location in Minneapolis. Jerk is a Jamaican method of seasoning and cooking meat associated with Maroon culture, not just the name of a spicy spice blend.
