Pandough
Classic

Classic Italian mix with varied textures. Fun fact: Artichokes and olives should be well-drained to avoid sogginess. The name 'capricciosa' means 'capricious' or 'whimsical' in Italian, referring to its varied, unpredictable mix of toppings. Originally from Rome, each pizzeria had its own interpretation.

Distribute the measured mozzarella, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, black olives, and ham evenly on the base.
