The Kenwood Cooking Chef KCL96 combines a 6.7 L planetary mixer with induction cooking from 20 to 200°C. Kenwood states a 2.58 kg dough capacity, separately from its 4 kg cake capacity. Eight mixing speeds and four slow stirring settings support different tasks. An integrated scale, bowl lighting and a 5-inch touchscreen help with weighing and monitoring mixtures. This generation connects to the Kenwood & Me app and includes 60 onboard recipes. If the motor labours during kneading, stop and divide the dough into smaller batches.
