The GGM Gastro PRMTH7 is a 7 L tabletop planetary mixer with a hinged head, a removable steel bowl and a variable-speed dial. A dough hook, flat beater, whisk and protective guard are included. GGM lists a 1.05 kg dough limit separately from its 0.7 kg flour limit, and restricts bread dough to very small quantities. The manual assigns kneading to low speed, the flat beater to medium speed and the whisk to high speed. If mixing slows because of a heavy load, reduce the batch.
