The GGM Gastro RMF7B is a 7 L tilt-head planetary mixer with eleven speed settings and a removable stainless steel bowl. Its hook, paddle and whisk cover small dough batches, batters and whipping. The published hook recipes start at 250 g flour plus 180 g water and extend to 800 g flour plus 480 g water, using settings 1–4. These ingredient limits are separate from the advertised 4.9 kg general bowl filling figure. Black and gold-grey finishes share the mixing platform.
