The Breville Bakery Chef Hub is a 4.8 L planetary mixer with seven speeds, a scraper beater, a whisk and a dough hook. Its timer can count up or stop mixing when a countdown finishes. The speed dial can pause mixing without losing the elapsed time. Dough uses speeds 1 to 4. Breville limits continuous operation with excessive loads to three minutes; its included recipes are exempt from that heavy-load limit. Optional hub attachments add pasta rolling, mincing and food preparation.
