The Bosch MUM4405 is a household MUM4 planetary mixer with a 3.9 L plastic bowl, a 500 W motor and four speed settings. The multifunction arm accepts a dough hook, stirring whisk or beating whisk. Bosch specifies up to 1.5 kg of yeast dough or 2 kg of cake batter for this model. A transparent lid with a filling opening is included. Bosch lists the MUM4405 as no longer available; the current Series 2 uses the separate MUMS2 platform.
