Ingredients
Preparation
- 1
Drain and dry the pineapple. Slice the banana just before topping. Measure out the curry, toast the peanuts in a dry pan.
Use a ripe but still firm banana. Very soft slices will fall apart during assembly. Add the peanuts after baking to keep them crunchy.
- 2
Spread 80 g tomato sauce on the dough from a 250 g ball, leaving the rim free.
- 3
Spread the measured toppings on the dough before baking: mozzarella, pineapple, banana, curry powder.
- 4
Bake according to your dough and oven settings until the base and rim are baked and the cheese melts.
- 1
After removing, add crushed peanuts.
Africana is the name of this item on the Swedish Family Pizzeria menu. Banana, pineapple, curry, and peanuts come together in one combination. Such a composition can indeed be found on pizzeria menus.
