The Sirman Plutone 7 is a planetary mixer with a removable stainless steel bowl whose technical capacity is 6.4 L. The head tilts up for bowl and tool removal, and speed adjusts from 75 to 660 rpm. Sirman recommends no more than 1 kg of flour for medium-consistency bread dough and excludes very stiff mixtures such as taralli. The supplied tools include a hook, paddle and whisk. A safety switch monitors the raised head.
