Pandough
Classic

A fully loaded classic combining meats and vegetables. Fun fact: Supreme pizzas teach ingredient spacing—overcrowding leads to soggy centers. The key is layering: heavier items (meat) go under cheese, lighter items (veggies) on top. Pre-cook wet vegetables to prevent steam pockets.

Preparation

Before baking
  1. 1

Cook the Italian sausage thoroughly and drain excess fat. Sauté the mushrooms, bell pepper, and onion, then set aside to cool. Drain the olives.

  2. 2

Spread the measured amount of tomato sauce on the stretched dough, leaving a free rim.

  3. 3

Spread the measured mozzarella, pepperoni, Italian sausage, bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, and black olives evenly on the base.

  4. 4

Bake at the temperature and time appropriate for your dough and oven, until the rims are well baked and the cheese melts.

After baking — finish
  1. 1

    Slice and serve hot.
