Tomato sauce, mozzarella, prepared Scottish haggis, and red onion. Inspired by Robert Burns from the Pizza Jo menu.
Ingredients
Preparation
- 1
Use ready-made haggis and prepare it according to the manufacturer's instructions. Remove the casing, thoroughly heat the filling, crumble and weigh 50 g. Do not place raw offal on the pizza.
Choose ready-made haggis and prepare it according to the package. Crumble it into small pieces, which are easier to spread among the slices of red onion.
- 2
Slice the red onion into very thin half-slices. Drain the mozzarella and grate it.
- 3
Stretch 250 g of dough. Spread 80 g tomato sauce, leaving the rim free. Add 70 g mozzarella, haggis, and 30 g red onion.
- 4
Bake according to the plan for your dough and oven, until the base is cooked through, the rim is browned, and the cheese is melted.
- 1
Wait a minute, slice and serve. This composition does not require additional finishing.
Pizza Jo has a Robert Burns pizza with haggis and red onion on the menu. This item is the inspiration for our Scottish set.
