GGM Gastro PRMS10

The GGM Gastro PRMS10 is a 10 L bowl-lift planetary mixer with five speed settings and five saved programs. Each program stores separate speed and time settings for successive mixing stages. The removable bowl, guard and whisk are stainless steel; the hook and paddle are aluminium. The manual rates a batch at up to 3.2 kg of dough, including up to 2 kg of flour. Kneading uses the low speed settings.

Jak kalkulačka používá tento hnětač

Teplota vody. Pandough používá typický faktor tření pro tento typ, 12. K dosažení těsta o teplotě 24°C v kuchyni s teplotou 22°C vyžaduje kalkulačka vodu o teplotě 16°C, oproti 25°C při ručním hnětení.
Kontrola velikosti dávky. Při hydrataci 60 % kalkulačka označí dávky nad 3.2 kg. Pro bigu s hydratací 50 % klesá limit na 2.2 kg.
