The Hamilton Beach Classic 64651 combines a detachable hand mixer with a stand and a 4 US quart steel bowl. It has six speed settings, a QuickBurst button, two beaters, a whisk and two dough hooks. The Shift & Stir lever moves the bowl platform to change where the beaters mix. For bread dough, the manual permits the hooks only in hand-mixer mode at speeds 4–6, not while the mixer is attached to the stand. The manual describes a one-loaf bread recipe without giving a dough weight limit. QuickBurst use is limited to two minutes at a time.
