Welcome to Pandough

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Pandough, a bread and pizza dough calculator application ("Service"). By using Pandough, you agree to these Terms.

What Pandough Is

Pandough is a calculator tool that helps bakers calculate ingredient amounts based on hydration percentages, fermentation profiles, and flour characteristics. It is intended as a planning aid, not professional baking advice.

Pandough offers two tiers:

•Free tier: Core calculator features, flour database access, and limited personal storage
•PRO tier: Unlimited bakes, cloud sync, custom flour library, bake logs, PDF export, and priority support

Your Responsibilities

When using Pandough, you agree to:

•Use the Service for lawful purposes only
•Provide accurate information when creating an account
•Keep your account credentials secure
•Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
•Not use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Service

Calculator Results Disclaimer

Pandough is a calculator, not a guarantee. The ingredient calculations, fermentation times, and baking recommendations are:

•Based on general baking principles and user-contributed flour data
•Intended as starting points, not absolute values
•Subject to variation based on your specific environment (humidity, altitude, oven calibration)
•Your responsibility to adjust based on your experience and conditions

We are not liable for baking results. If your bread doesn't rise or your pizza is overproofed, that's on you (and possibly your yeast).

Pandough PRO Subscription

Pricing and Billing

•PRO subscriptions are billed annually in advance
•Prices are displayed in your local currency (USD or PLN) at checkout
•All prices include applicable taxes
•Payment is processed securely by Stripe

Founding Member Program

Users who subscribe before March 1, 2026 are designated Founding Members and receive:

•Permanent discounted pricing (approximately 50% off regular rates) for as long as the subscription remains active
•This discount is locked in at the time of purchase and will not increase
•If you cancel and later resubscribe, you may lose founding member pricing

Free Trial and Refunds

•There is no free trial for PRO
•We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied
•To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase at contact@pandough.app
•After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable but you can cancel at any time

Cancellation

•You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or via the Stripe billing portal
•Upon cancellation, you retain PRO access until the end of your current billing period
•After your subscription expires, you retain read-only access to your existing bakes and data, but cannot create new ones
•We do not offer prorated refunds for unused subscription time

Grandfathered Users

Users who created accounts before January 21, 2025 have been granted lifetime PRO access at no cost as a thank-you for being early supporters. This status is permanent and unaffected by these Terms.

User-Contributed Content

If you submit flour data, recipes, or other content to Pandough:

•You grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and share that content within the Service
•You confirm you have the right to share that content
•You understand contributions may be moderated before appearing publicly
•We may remove content that violates these Terms or is inaccurate

Intellectual Property

•Our content: The Pandough name, logo, design, and original content are our property
•Your content: You retain ownership of any original content you submit
•Third-party content: Flour specifications and manufacturer data belong to their respective owners

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

•Violate these Terms
•Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activity
•Attempt to circumvent security measures

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

•Pandough is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
•We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
•Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

•Posting the updated Terms on this page
•Updating the "Last updated" date
•Sending a notification through the Service for material changes

Continued use of Pandough after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Poland, specifically in the court having jurisdiction over the Service provider's registered address.
