Klarstein Chiara dough capacity and hydration
The Klarstein Chiara is a 1600 W household planetary mixer with a 5 L steel bowl, an aluminium housing and 12 speed settings. Its touch display provides a timer and automatic kneading, mixing and whipping programmes. The bowl has a carrying handle, and the mixing head tilts for access. The manual starts kneading at low speed, then increases to speed 3. A dough hook, flat beater, whisk and splash guard are included; grinder, pasta and salad attachments are optional.
