The Varimixer KODIAK 20 Table is a 20 L commercial planetary mixer with variable speed, a digital timer and a removable magnetic safety guard. Its manufacturer wheat-dough table allows 7 kg at 50% AR, 7.5 kg at 55% AR and 10 kg at 60% AR. AR means liquid as a percentage of dry matter; these limits apply to the specified dough recipes. A lever raises and lowers the bowl. The table model must be secured to its supporting work surface.
