Pandough

Community guidelines

Version 1, October 2026

The Community and the comments across Pandough are where bakers help each other. These guidelines apply to every post and comment. You accept them once, before your first post or comment.

House rules

  • •No ads or self-promotion without context. Mentioning your own bakery or video is fine when it adds to the conversation.
  • •Be kind. No insults, harassment or hate.
  • •No spam, repeated posts or piles of links.
  • •Stay on topic: dough, baking, flour, ovens and everything around them.

Your photos and texts

What you post stays yours. Only post photos you took yourself or have the right to share.

By posting a photo, you allow Pandough to show it on Pandough pages and in Pandough's own social media channels, always with credit to your public name. Pandough does not sell your photos or license them to anyone else.

You can withdraw this permission at any time by deleting the post. The photo then disappears from Pandough pages, and Pandough stops using it in new social media posts.

Photos you send to Pandough

On a combination page you can send Pandough a photo of your bake. It goes only to the Pandough team and is not posted in the community. Before you send it, you tick a licence for that photo. Photos in community posts are not covered by it.

By ticking it, you give Pandough a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use that photo on the Pandough website and app (also as the main photo of the combination), in Pandough's social media, in press and media, and in print. Pandough may crop or resize the photo to fit, and always credits you by the name you gave.

The photo stays yours and you can keep using it anywhere. Pandough does not sell your photos or license them to anyone else.

You can withdraw the licence at any time by writing to contact@pandough.app. Pandough then deletes the photo, takes it off its pages and uses it in nothing new. Copies already printed, or already published by others, cannot be recalled.

Moderation

Anyone with an account can report a post or comment. A post or comment with several reports is hidden until a moderator looks at it, and a baker's first post waits for approval. Pandough may remove content or limit accounts that break these rules.
